Vertu Vauxhall Newcastle is hiring a Car Sales Executive. The role offers a competitive base salary of £27,000 with uncapped commission and a realistic OTE of £45,000, with top performers earning £60,000+.

Training and onboarding are provided to support a long-term, high-earning career in car sales. Benefit from a 40-hour work week, no Sunday shifts, a company car, and access to the Stellantis Rewards programme.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, leisure, or customer-facing sales.
• Must be motivated, confident and enjoy working with people.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Welcoming customers and delivering a premium experience throughout the buying journey.
• Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle and finance options.
• Arranging and conducting test drives.
• Building long-term relationships that create loyal, repeat customers.
• Working towards achievable targets with the support of an experienced management team.
