Job summary
Motorpoint in Birmingham is seeking a Sales Executive to deliver a high-quality, service-led sales experience for customers in a fast-paced store. You will meet and greet customers, quote vehicles, upsell products and finance options, and work towards monthly targets in a 40-hour week with weekend work.
The role requires a full UK driving licence and previous sales experience; training is provided for finance products.
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
- Previous sales experience is essential.
- Ability to work towards monthly targets.
- Experience selling financial products would be beneficial (training provided).
- Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with customers quickly.
- Weekend work will be required.
Responsibilities
- Meet, greet and build a natural rapport with customers arriving at store.
- Deliver a no-pressure sales service to identify and anticipate needs.
- Complete face-to-face quotes on chosen and recommended vehicles.
- Upsell relevant products and finance where relevant.
- Work towards monthly, individual and team targets.
- Complete the handover process with customers ensuring a high level of service.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure outstanding customer service.
