Job summary

Lookers, Stafford BMW, is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to help customers find the perfect vehicle and provide a first-class buying experience from initial enquiry through to handover.

You will build relationships, understand needs, demonstrate vehicles, and guide customers through finance options, aiming to exceed sales targets with uncapped commission. Full UK driving licence required and training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing, retail, hospitality or sales environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve and earn.
• Organised with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers in person, over the phone and online.
• Understand customer needs and recommend vehicles and finance options.
• Manage enquiries and appointments to maximise sales opportunities.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
• Work towards achievable sales targets and earn uncapped commission.
