Job summary

Pembrook Resourcing LTD is recruiting a Sales Executive for a busy dealership in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. You will welcome customers, identify needs, present new and used vehicles, conduct demonstrations, and drive the sales process from enquiry to handover.

The role offers an uncapped commission structure with a competitive base salary and OTE £40,000–£50,000+. Successful candidates will have excellent communication, strong negotiation skills, and a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the dealership and deliver an exceptional buying experience.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Build relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Manage the sales process from enquiry through handover.
• Promote finance, insurance products, and accessories.
• Maintain accurate customer records using the dealership CRM system.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, manufacturer campaigns, and market trends.
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
