Vertu Nissan Glasgow Central is seeking a Car Sales Executive who welcomes career changers to join a fast-paced sales environment. You don’t need automotive experience – we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

Earn £27,000 base with uncapped commission and realistic OTE of £45,000, with top performers earning £60,000+. We value people skills from hospitality or retail and offer full training, a company car, and a balanced schedule with no Sunday shifts.

Qualifications

• From retail, hospitality or other customer-facing sales backgrounds.
• No automotive experience required; we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and delivering an outstanding experience from start to finish
• Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle and finance options
• Arranging and conducting test drives
• Building relationships that turn first-time buyers into loyal, repeat customers
• Working to achievable targets with the support of an experienced management team
