Command Recruitment is seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive for an established automotive retailer in Thurrock. The role offers a £22,500 basic salary plus an uncapped bonus scheme, with top performers earning £65,000+ per year.

You will manage showroom and online enquiries, guide customers through the sales journey, and build lasting relationships while aiming to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within automotive car sales.
• Strong track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A target-driven and results-focused approach.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• The ability to identify opportunities and confidently close sales.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing showroom, telephone and online enquiries.
• Qualifying customer requirements and identifying suitable vehicles and products.
• Following an established sales process from enquiry through to close.
• Maximising sales and profitability opportunities.
• Delivering consistently high levels of customer service.
• Building strong, long-term customer relationships.
