Octane Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an experienced Car Sales Executive for a flagship main dealership in Slough. The role offers a strong basic salary with a guaranteed commission for the first 3 months and an OTE of £55,000.

The position requires a solid track record in motor trade sales, excellent communication, and the ability to self-generate leads. You will work a demanding schedule in a franchised dealership environment with brand training and a company car included.

• Proven car sales experience in franchised dealerships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Solid CRM usage and customer follow-up.

• Manage the car sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
• Generate own leads through proactive follow-up and customer outreach.
