Pentagon Derby is seeking an experienced Motor Trade Sales professional to lead the Sales team at our multi-franchise Derby dealership. You will identify funding and insurance options for customers while meeting profitability targets.

The role requires a proven track record in automotive sales, strong communication, leadership to coach the team, and a full UK driving licence. DBS clearance is required for employment.

Qualifications

• Have a proven track record in a sales role within the automotive industry.
• Have Motor Trade experience and a background in finance/s funding options.
• Hold a full UK driving licence; DBS clearance required if successful.

Responsabilités

• Naturally build rapport with customers quickly and fairly.
• Monitor and drive finance and insurance performance against budget; address shortfalls.
• Assist management with planning, forecasting trends and dealership plans.
• Coach and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Qualify customer demands to tailor appropriate insurance products.
