Job summary

IAA United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Sales Executive for The Carzone in Winsford to drive vehicle sales and deliver outstanding customer service from enquiry to purchase.

You'll build rapport with customers, promote stock, meet sales targets, and work with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment. GCSEs in Maths and English are required, with a passion for cars and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in vehicle sales or customer-focused retail sales environment
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
• Excellent listening and questioning skills with ability to understand customer needs
• Strong verbal communication skills and a professional approach

Responsibilities

• Present, promote, and sell vehicles to prospective and existing customers
• Build, develop, and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships
• Promote our stock through advertising and social media channels
• Handle customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Consistently achieve agreed sales targets and business objectives
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to maximise opportunities
• Stay up to date with vehicle market trends, products, and best practices
• Continuously develop your skills through feedback and training
