Job summary

Marshall Skoda Northampton is hiring a Car Sales Executive to join our high-performing team. You will sell new and used vehicles, Motability solutions, and provide exceptional customer service.

This role offers a £27,000 basic salary with uncapped £50,000+ OTE, a company car, and a guaranteed first month earnings of £3,333. We operate a full-time role (40 hours per week) with a weekend rota; you’ll work alongside five experienced Executives in a supportive environment with clear opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, preferably automotive or fast-paced customer-facing roles.
• Good communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Ambitious, target-driven and proud to represent a trusted brand.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the car-buying journey from enquiry to handover.
• Build lasting relationships and understand each customer's needs to find the right solution.
