Marshall Hyundai Gatwick is hiring a confident and customer-focused Car Sales Executive. This full-time role offers £27,000 basic salary with £50,000+ OTE (uncapped), plus a company car and a first month guaranteed earnings of £3,333.

25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance and a pension scheme are included, along with exclusive perks. We provide 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday with Sunday on a rota.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in automotive or similar customer-facing environment.
• Good communication and rapport-building skills.
• Passionate about delivering great outcomes and representing a trusted brand.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through every stage of the car-buying journey, from enquiry to handover.
• Understand customer needs and help find the right solution, including finance and insurance options.
