Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Familiarity with FCA/data protection obligations is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build trust with customers and understand their needs to match them with the right car and add-ons
• Prospect and follow up on inbound/outbound inquiries, walk-ins, and internet leads
• Aim to maximise monthly KPI-based sales, finance penetration and add-on products
• Ensure accurate collection of customer and vehicle data in line with FCA and data protection rules
