Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers, qualify their needs and demonstrate vehicles accordingly.
• Follow a sales process while providing excellent customer service and building long-term rapport with customers.
• Maintain a friendly but professional approach with first-class people skills.
• Be proactive, driven and highly motivated to succeed with a proven ability to demonstrate success in respect to sales KPIs (unit volume, F&I, CSI ratings, etc.).

Qualifications
