Job summary

Jago Consultants is recruiting on behalf of a prestige main dealership network near Salisbury and Poole for two Sales Executives focused on new and used car sales. Basic salary £18,000 with OTE £55,000, reflecting uncapped earnings for motivated professionals who thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment.

The ideal candidate will have motor trade experience, excellent communication and customer interaction skills, a valid UK driving licence, and a proven ability to hit targets and maximize

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers, qualify their needs and demonstrate vehicles accordingly.
• Achieve and maintain a high level of new and used vehicle sales including add-on sales.
• Actively maximise every sales opportunity for both repeat and new business.

Job Role – New or Used Sales Executive

Job Location – Near Salisbury and Poole

Salary – Basic of £18,000 & OTE £55,000

Used and or New Car Sales Executive Role:

• Experience within the Motor Trade as a Sales Executive
• Must have experience of and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
• Proven track record of meeting objectives
• You will be determined to succeed and prepared to drive your performance on a daily basis
• You must be a good communicator and have great customer interaction skills
• You must be highly motivated and have a determination to succeed in a competitive sales environment
• You must be smart in appearance and well organised

Additional Requirement:
