Reactive Permanent Recruitment seeks an experienced Car Sales Executive for its Swindon site to sell prestigious new and used vehicles and related products. The role requires current or recent car sales experience, a target-driven approach, and a strong customer service ethos.

The package includes a competitive base, very high uncapped OTE, a company car, and comprehensive benefits. Working 40 hours across Mon–Sat, with training and career development opportunities available.

• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points is required.

Mansioni

• Sell prestigious new cars and other services (e.g., insurances) to customers.
• Support customers through every step of their buying journey from first interaction to purchase and beyond.

Package: £40k - 50k per year + car + high uncapped OTE + excellent benefits

Role:

NB: Only current/recent Car Sales experience will be considered

Reactive Permanent Recruitment are proud to be working with one of the region’s most successful and established car dealership groups. Due to continued growth, they seek and experienced Car Sales Executive to work from their Swindon/Wiltshire site selling their highly reputable and prestigious new or used vehicles.

Car Sales Executive package/hours:

• An excellent basic salary - negotiable dependant on experience
• Very high uncapped OTE
• An excellent list of benefits including pension, holidays etc
• Great working environment at their prestigious Swindon site in Wiltshire
• Fantastic training, development and career path
• 40 hours a week across Mon – Sat (with a 1 hour lunch)
• Day off in lieu during the week and 1 late shift per week
• Sunday working required during March and September

Experience:

• Current or recent Car Sales experience ESSENTIAL
• You must be target driven and commission led as the potential to earn VERY WELL is real
• Strong customer service attributes and experience is a must as the reputation of the business is crucial
• You will be organised, able to process detailed information, and committed to continually developing your product knowledge
• With a strong work ethic and an inspiring attitude, you will take ownership of your work and contribute to the success of your team
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points is required

Overview:

• You will be responsible for selling prestigious new cars, in addition to other services such and insurances etc
• You will support customers through every step of their buying journey from their first interaction until they purchase their new vehicle and beyond
• The group offer a comprehensive training and development programme, you’ll gain the skills to engage with customers, identify their needs, and sell vehicles and related products in line with industry standards
