The Recruitment Solution is seeking a Car Sales Executive to join a busy, multi-brand dealership in the Norfolk area. You will drive sales through a structured process while delivering outstanding customer care and building lasting relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate has franchise dealer experience, a passion for automotive sales, and a full driving licence. We offer a 5-day working week, a company car, and an uncapped, market-leading OTE.

• Experience in automotive sales at franchised dealerships.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Positive attitude with motivation to succeed.
