Responsibilities

• Selling new and used cars, accessories, finance options, and warranties to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Advising customers on vehicle features, warranty, and service arrangements.
• Supporting customers through the delivery process and updating clients on progress and delays.
• Collecting payments and resolving customer queries efficiently.
• Introducing customers to the Service Department and offering support with post-sale enquiries.
• Maintaining excellent customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Working closely with the Sales Manager and a dedicated team focused on delivering excellent service standards.
