Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd in Merthyr Tydfil is seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive for a franchise-approved dealership. You will sell new and used cars, explain finance options, and help customers through the delivery process.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in car sales, either in new or used vehicles (within last 5 years).
• Strong customer service skills with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Motivation and energy to seek every sales opportunity.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate confidently with customers.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used cars, accessories, finance options, and warranties to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Advise customers on vehicle features, warranty, and service arrangements.
• Support customers through the delivery process and update clients on progress and delays.
• Collect payments and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Introduce customers to the Service Department and assist with post-sale enquiries.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager and a dedicated team to deliver excellent service standards.
