Job summary

Jago Consultants in Hastings invites an enthusiastic New or Used Car Sales Executive to join our busy Hastings dealership. You will engage customers, qualify their needs and demonstrate vehicles, delivering a high level of customer service.

You will greet customers, close deals and work to achieve targets, supported by a £15,000 base salary with OTE around £40,000+. An initial 3 month guarantee is in place to help you ramp up.

Qualifications

• Experience in the motor trade as a Sales Executive.
• Proven track record of meeting objectives.
• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
• Smart appearance and well organised.

• Meet and greet customers, qualify needs and demonstrate vehicles.
• Achieve and maintain high levels of new and used car sales including add-ons.
• Maximise every sales opportunity for repeat and new business.

Used and / or New Car Sales Executive required by my Hastings based main car dealership.

Job Role – New or Used Sales Executive

Job Location – Hastings, East Sussex

Salary – upto £15,000 basic with OTE 40k plus. Initial 3 month guarantee in place.

Used and or New Car Sales Executive Role:

• Experience within the Motor Trade as a Sales Executive
• Must have experience of and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
• Proven track record of meeting objectives
• You will be determined to succeed and prepared to drive your performance on a daily basis
• You must be a good communicator and have great customer interaction skills
• You must be highly motivated and have a determination to succeed in a competitive sales environment
• You must be smart in appearance and well organised

Additional Requirement:

• To meet and greet customers, qualify their needs and demonstrate vehicles accordingly
• To achieve and maintain a high level of new and used vehicle sales including add-on sales
• To actively maximise every sales opportunity for both repeat and new business
• You must have a valid UK driving licence
