Job summary

Main Dealer Motor Garage in Kent is seeking a New or Used Car Sales Executive. The role requires existing motor trade sales experience, a proactive, customer-focused approach, and a sharp appearance. You will greet customers, qualify needs, and demonstrate vehicles to close sales while maintaining high performance in a fast-paced environment.

Competitive base with monthly commission. OTE £35-75K per year. A valid UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience within the Motor Trade as a Sales Executive.
• Fast paced environment; able to meet objectives.
• Excellent communicator with strong customer interaction skills.
• Smart appearance and well organised.
• Valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers, qualify needs and demonstrate vehicles.
• Achieve and maintain high levels of new and used vehicle sales including add-on sales.
• Actively maximise every sales opportunity for repeat and new business.
• Drive personal performance daily and stay motivated in a competitive sales environment.

Job Role – New or Used Sales Executive

Job Location – nr Tonbridge / Tunbridge Wells / Sevenoaks in Kent

Salary – Competitive basic, and monthly commission. OTE in the region of £35-75K per annum

Used and or New Car Sales Executive Role:

• Experience within the Motor Trade as a Sales Executive
• Must have experience of and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
• Proven track record of meeting objectives
• You will be determined to succeed and prepared to drive your performance on a daily basis
• You must be a good communicator and have great customer interaction skills
• You must be highly motivated and have a determination to succeed in a competitive sales environment
• You must be smart in appearance and well organised

Additional Requirement:
