Command Recruitment is seeking a driven Car Sales Executive for a leading main dealer in Darenth. You will target sales goals with a competitive OTE of £50,000 (top performers £60,000+), plus a brand-new company car and a supportive team in a no-Sundays environment.

You will sell new and used vehicles, deliver exceptional customer service, and build lasting client relationships, with a clear path for career progression in a respected dealer group.

Our client represents a hugely successful volume brand in a prime dealership location, boasting a loyal customer base and an outstanding reputation across both new and used car markets.

We're looking for a high-performing, customer-focused sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by uncapped earnings.

Hours

• Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
• Sunday: Closed

Basic Salary Structure

• £21,000 / £24,000 / £27,000 base (depending on achieving target levels)
• New starters typically begin at £21k, potentially £24k for experienced candidates
• Commission paid as a percentage based on sales vs target
• Uncapped earnings potential
