Car Sales Executives required – Aldershot

My client is a car dealership, looking to recruit an experienced Car Sales Executive to join their busy and thriving site.

OTE will be £40,000-£45,000 but with an uncapped, very competitive commission structure.

Hours are:

• Mon-Fri 08:00-18:00
• Sat 08:00-17:00
• Sun as per Rota. 1 in 3 / 1 a month if fully staffed.

Used and/or New Car Sales Executive Role:

• Experience within the Motor Trade as a Sales Executive
• Must have experience of and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of meeting objectives
• Determined to succeed and willing to drive performance daily
• Good communicator with excellent customer interaction skills
• Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment
• Smart in appearance and well-organized

Additional Requirements:

• Meet and greet customers, qualify their needs, and demonstrate vehicles accordingly
• Achieve and maintain high levels of new and used vehicle sales, including add-on sales
• Maximize every sales opportunity for both repeat and new business
