Sytner Shrewsbury is recruiting a Permanent Sales Executive to join our dealership team, serving as the primary contact for customers on their car buying journey and ensuring first‑class service at every step.

The role offers a £20,000 base salary with an attractive OTE of £52,500, plus a company car and access to subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase schemes for family members. Flexibility is required, including weekends, and a full UK driving licence is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence (beneficial).

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the car buying journey.
• Deliver outstanding service and build rapport to secure sales and repeat business.
• Attend assessment centre as required.
