Bennetts is seeking a Sales Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers purchasing car parts and accessories. You will advise on parts, process orders, check availability and ensure excellent service throughout the sales process.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8am–5:30pm with alternate Saturdays 8:30am–1pm. The role supports both trade and retail customers and requires strong communication and IT skills to work efficiently in a busy environment.

Formación

• Experience as a Parts Advisor or Sales Advisor is preferred but not essential.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle makes, models and components is desirable.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Confident with IT and order processing systems.

Responsabilidades

• Serve retail and trade customers in person, by phone and email.
• Identify correct parts using catalogues and systems.
• Prepare quotes, check stock and process orders efficiently.
• Upsell related products, accessories and special offers.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to source non-stocked items.
• Support warehouse with parts requests and timely supply.
• Maintain accurate records of orders and backorders.
• Assist with stock checks and housekeeping.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Ensure documentation and systems are updated accurately.
