Job summary

Bennetts is looking for a Sales Advisor in Welwyn Garden City to assist both trade and retail customers with car parts and accessories. You will advise on parts, process orders, check availability, and ensure excellent service throughout the sales journey.

Identify correct parts from catalogs, upsell related products, and liaise with suppliers to source non-stocked items while maintaining accurate records and strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve retail and trade customers in person, by phone, and via email.
• Identify correct parts using manufacturer catalogues and systems.
• Prepare quotes, check stock availability, and process orders efficiently.
• Up-sell related products, accessories, and special offers where appropriate.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to source non-stocked items.
• Support the warehouse with parts requests and timely supply.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, backorders, and special requests.
• Help with stock checks, stock rotation, and general housekeeping.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Ensure all documentation and systems are updated accurately.
