Bennetts is seeking a Sales Advisor to act as the first point of contact for customers looking to purchase car parts and accessories. You will advise on parts, process orders, check availability, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am–5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 8.30am–1pm. The role requires strong product knowledge, good communication, and accuracy in record-keeping. Based in the Bennetts network across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience as Parts Advisor or Sales Advisor is preferred but not essential.
• Good knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and components.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• A team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Confident IT skills.
• Familiarity with dealer or parts systems would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Serve retail and trade customers in person, by phone, and via email
• Identify correct parts using manufacturer catalogues and systems
• Prepare quotes, check stock availability, and process orders efficiently
• Up-sell related products, accessories, and special offers where appropriate
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to source non-stocked items
• Support the warehouse with parts requests and timely supply
• Maintain accurate records of orders, backorders, and special requests
• Help with stock checks, stock rotation, and general housekeeping
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Ensure all documentation and systems are updated accurately
