Apcoa Parking is hiring an Operational Support Agent for full-time day and night shifts (7am–7pm) at Heathrow. You will support a busy reception, handle payments, and ensure high service levels across multiple site duties.

The role requires a proactive team player with strong communication, a valid UK driving licence, and the ability to work overtime and on weekends as needed. You will contribute to a customer-focused, safety-conscious environment.

Qualificações

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 21+, with a valid UK driving licence.
• Flexibility to work across days and night shifts at Heathrow sites.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out basic maintenance of payment machines, entry and exit barriers, and other equipment.
• Ensure site patrols are completed at all times in line with KPI requirements.
• Complete report sheets and log entries accurately as instructed.
