Job summary

APCOA PARKING UK in Chippenham/Oxford is seeking a Mobile Car Park Attendant for a full-time, 40-hour week. A driving licence is essential. The role involves patrolling sites, enforcing rules, and reporting defects to ensure smooth operation of our car parks.

The position requires a background in customer service, good English, flexibility, health, and a full UK driving licence. You will also handle maintenance of Pay & Display and ANPR equipment and assist with site cleaning and daily

Responsibilities

• Patrol the car parks according to the work rota – 5 out of 7 days, some weekend work will be required.
• Enforce parking rules in accordance with company policy.
• Make safe and report any car park structure defects.
• Complete daily documents in accordance with company policy.
• Answer enquiries from the public and client and report as appropriate.
• Carry out First line Maintenance of Pay & Display Equipment and ANPR Camera equipment
• Carry out cleaning duties across the car parks which will include Litter picks, cleaning of Signage and Pay & Display equipment.
