Job summary

Liverpool John Lennon Airport invites applications for a Car Parks Coordinator to join the Commercial Team on site. You will support daily car park operations, manage workloads, and assist customers with queries, ensuring high standards of service and safety across the operation.

You will also handle cash functions and coordinate Meet & Greet activities, with a 4 on 4 off 12-hour shift pattern. Applicants must be over 21 for insurance purposes.

Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Car Parks Coordinator to join the Commercial Team at Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

Reporting to the Car Parks Supervisor you will ensure all car park operations are run to the highest of standards, work is scheduled and completed safely, effectively and efficiently whilst offering exceptional customer service.

You will undertake all tasks associated with the daily running of all car park operations, organise workload and resolve any issues that may arise. You will assist with co-ordinating department rosters, maintain daily incident logs, undertake 1st line and routine preventative maintenance on equipment and ensure all car parks and ancillary equipment areas are clean and clear of debris.

You will be responsible for assisting customers with queries, issues or complaints both in person and in writing. You will respond to intercom calls in a polite and professional manner. You will safely transport customer vehicles using the Meet & Greet car park product, ensuring stringent operational procedures are followed. You will also carry out any required cash handling functions including, but not limited to, the removal and transportation of cash boxes and clearing any note/coin jams. Please note, for insurance purposes, you must be over 21 to be eligible for this role.

Working hours are 42 per week worked on a 4 on 4 off 12 hour shift pattern (2 days/2 nights 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
