Job Advert: Car Dealership Receptionist

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Car Dealership Receptionist to join our client's prestigious automotive dealership. As the first point of contact for our esteemed customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dealership experience.

Responsibilities:

Greeting customers with a warm and friendly demeanour, both over the phone and in-person.
Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
Managing the dealership's showroom, ensuring it is clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
Assisting customers with inquiries, including providing product information, coordinating test drives, and booking appointments.
Liaising with the sales and service departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
Managing customer requests and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate team members.
Filing and organising paperwork, including customer records, invoices, and service documentation.
Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately, following established procedures.
Maintaining knowledge of all dealership products, services, and promotions.
Providing administrative support to dealership staff, including drafting emails and preparing reports.
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in an automotive or customer-facing environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
Strong organisational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with MS Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional and presentable image with a positive, can-do attitude.
