Job summary

The Bowker Motor Group is seeking a full-time Receptionist/Showroom Host for their award-winning BMW & MINI Centre in Blackburn. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage the telephone system, and maintain the showroom environment.

Job description

Bowker Motor Group are recruiting a full-time Receptionist/Showroom Host for their award-winning BMW & MINI Centre on Trident Park in Blackburn.

The Role:

Includes but is not limited to:

  • Welcome customers and visitors and serve hot/cold refreshments
  • Answer and manage the telephone system
  • Accurately record calls and visits and relay messages in a timely manner
  • Manage customer waiting area and showroom

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role is not essential as full training will be provided, however we do require:

  • A passion for delivering the highest level of customer service
  • Self-motivated
  • A mature, friendly and approachable manner
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • An effective communicator
  • Well-presented and personable
  • The ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • IT literate

Working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm with an unpaid lunch break of 60 minutes.
