Ian Williams Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our Capital works division in Cheltenham and the South Cotswolds. You will actively tender, estimate and measure on site, providing cost insights for planned works and refurbishments.

You will collaborate with Contracts Manager, manage cost value reconciliations, deliver monthly valuations and build strong client and supplier relationships while identifying opportunities to save costs and maximise value.

Formación

• Experience in quantity surveying or project surveying.
• Experience managing works up to £3 million.
• Able to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Tender, estimate and measure onsite for contracts and tenders.
• Prepare budget cost value reconciliations and identify commercial risks.
• Work with Contracts Manager to set productivity targets and milestones.
• Build strong client and supplier relations for variations and progress.
• Take purchase, credit and debtor responsibility using COINS.
• Produce monthly contract valuations.
• Analyse weekly site reports for cost information and performance.
