Overview

Senior Manager, Global Pricing – Capital Solutions

London. This is a rare opportunity for someone already operating at Senior Manager / AVP level who is ready to take on a new and highly visible challenge. They are launching a brand-new global line of business in Capital Solutions, providing financial reinsurance to help clients unlock trapped capital, reduce earnings volatility and monetise value currently sitting off balance sheet. As part of this growth, they are looking for a Senior Manager, Global Pricing to play a central role in structuring, strategy, and delivery.

• Expertise in financial reinsurance / structured solutions, with knowledge of capital, balance sheets and regulatory frameworks.

• Proven leadership experience, with a track record of coaching and developing people.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – comfortable engaging directly with ExCo and explaining complex concepts simply.
