Job summary

Highland Spring Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Engineering & Capital Projects to lead delivery of capital investment projects across Highland Spring Group. Based at The Ochils in Blackford with travel to other sites and suppliers, the role is 37.5 hours per week with flexibility around milestones and commissioning phases.

You’ll report to the Group Engineering & Projects Manager and drive projects from concept through to handover, ensuring safety, scope, cost, schedule and

Qualifications

• Experience delivering capital investment projects in manufacturing FMCG, food & beverage, or similar industrial environments.
• Strong project planning and controls experience with commercial awareness.
• Excellent stakeholder management and proactive delivery approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects through the full project lifecycle.
• Develop project plans, milestones, budgets, forecasts and schedules.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change controls.
• Coordinate teams across Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Quality, Finance and HSE.
• Manage consultants, contractors, OEMs, suppliers and delivery partners.
• Support site installation, commissioning and handover.
• Balance safety, quality, cost and operational priorities while solving delivery challenges.
