Job summary

Highland Spring Ltd is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead strategic and operational management of The Ochils site at Blackford, Perthshire. You’ll ensure safety, compliance and alignment with production needs and business growth.

You’ll oversee maintenance, utilities, energy efficiency, capital projects and sustainability initiatives, working with contractors, regulators and stakeholders to keep the site reliable and ready for the future.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years’ experience in facilities management.
• Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong project management experience with facilities upgrades and capital projects.
• Experience developing facilities improvement plans and delivering major projects.
• Ability to manage budgets and identify cost savings without compromising service or quality.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Balance strategic planning with hands-on operational oversight.
• Professional qualifications such as IWFM, NEBOSH or IOSH are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own facilities management across The Ochils site.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations and maintain required statutory documentation.
• Lead audits, inspections and regulatory visits and ensure actions are completed.
• Develop and implement a facilities strategy aligned with operational goals and future growth.
• Plan and deliver capital projects, refurbishments and site upgrades.
• Manage third-party contractors and suppliers ensuring standards of service, safety and compliance.
• Promote continuous improvement, efficiency and accountability.
• Oversee utilities including HVAC, compressed air, power, water and waste.
