Job summary

Highland Spring Group is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the strategic and operational management of our The Ochils site in Blackford, Perthshire. This on‑site, full‑time role focuses on safety, compliance and future‑ready facilities to support production growth.

You will manage statutory compliance, energy efficiency initiatives and capital projects, collaborating with contractors, suppliers and regulators to uphold the highest standards of facilities performance.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in facilities management, with at least 3 years in manufacturing.
• Strong project management experience on facilities upgrades and capital projects.
• Experience developing facilities improvement plans and delivering major projects.
• Ability to manage budgets and identify cost savings without compromising quality.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Balance strategic planning with hands‑on operational oversight.
• Sustainability and energy management experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of facilities management across The Ochils, balancing long‑term planning with daily needs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations; maintain statutory documentation.
• Lead audits, inspections and regulatory visits; close any actions.
• Develop and implement a facilities strategy aligned with operational goals.
• Plan and deliver capital projects, refurbishments and site upgrades.
• Manage third‑party contractors and vendors to standards of safety and compliance.
• Oversee utilities including HVAC, power, water and waste; ensure minimum downtime.
