Job summary

ISS Facility Services UK is seeking a Project Manager (M&E) to lead the tactical development and delivery of Capital Projects and Minor Works (MAC), ensuring high standards of project delivery for business growth. You will manage projects from inception through completion, overseeing resources, governance, risk, and supply chain performance within a competitive market.

Demonstrable experience in building projects and facilities management, with budgets typically £500k–£1m+, and relevant

Qualifications

• Experience managing capital projects and MAC works end-to-end.
• Knowledge of RIBA stages and CDM regulations.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or built environment disciplines.
• UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital projects and MAC works from cradle to grave with successful delivery.
• Oversee resources, compliance, risk, governance and supply chain performance.
• Lead multiple projects and programmes and drive growth within existing accounts.
• Develop delivery models and manage project resources effectively to meet objectives.
• Maintain P&L accountability aligned to business goals and targets.
• Establish robust commercial governance and risk management across projects.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure high service standards.
