Job summary

ISS Facility Services UK is seeking a Project Manager (North) to lead the tactical development and delivery of Capital Projects and Minor Works across multiple accounts, ensuring governance, risk management and value realization.

You will manage projects from inception to completion, travel nationally, and work with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to drive performance and high standards of service within NEC4 contracts and CDM compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Capital Projects and Minor Works (MAC).
• Experience with NEC4 contracts.
• Experience with RIBA stages.
• CDM regulations compliance experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with values £500k–£1m+.

Responsibilities

• Lead the tactical development and delivery of Capital Projects and Minor Works (MAC).
• Manage projects through the full lifecycle from conception to completion.
• Support the growth of project opportunities across existing customer accounts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams, key accounts, global operations and external customers.
• Take accountability for project financial performance.
• Develop delivery models and manage resources across multiple concurrent projects.
• Ensure robust commercial governance, compliance and risk management practices.
