Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Project Manager to lead a programme of mechanical and electrical projects at a flagship site in Southampton, with occasional support to a London office if required. The role delivers M&E upgrades, plant replacement works and laboratory refurbishment projects.

You will manage projects from concept to handover, own client relationships, commercial performance and successful delivery, with responsibility for budgets, P&L, subcontractors and ensuring safety and

Qualifications

• M&E project management experience in building services or FM environments.
• Experience delivering plant replacement and upgrade projects.
• Comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing commercial performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver M&E and laboratory upgrade projects.
• Manage projects from sales through to handover.
• Take ownership of client relationships and project profitability.
• Manage budgets and P&L to ensure financial targets.
• Coordinate subcontractors and project teams.
• Ensure safety, programme delivery and budget adherence.
• Drive high levels of client satisfaction.
