Job summary

• PM experience in building engineering services refurbishment.
• Membership in professional bodies (e.g., CIBSE/IMechE/IET) is desirable.
• Ability to develop briefs into construction requirements and manage external professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and update a project delivery plan.
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities.
• Manage CAPEX business cases from preparation to delivery and close.
• Prepare design briefs for Building Services across projects.
• Liaise with clients, architects and design team members.
