Job summary

Alliance Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to own and deliver a portfolio of developments from concept through to completion. You will oversee refurbishments, new builds and mixed-use schemes, coordinating contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing construction, fit-out, refurbishment and building projects.
• Track record of successfully managing projects from cradle to grave.
• Budgeting and project reporting experience.
• Experience using project management software such as Monday.com (or similar).
• Quantity Surveying experience would be advantageous.
• RICS qualification is desirable but not essential.

Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager looking for the opportunity to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion?

Our client, a well-established and growing organisation with an ambitious UK expansion programme, is looking for a hands-on Construction Project Manager to oversee a varied portfolio of developments including refurbishments, new build projects and mixed-use schemes.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll play a key role in delivering projects safely, on time and within budget, while working closely with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
