• Annual bonus scheme of up to 20% of base salary

You will be responsible for

• Developing and owning a proactive investment plan to increase self-generation of electricity across the estate.
• Managing financials, forecasting, and budgeting for solar-related works.
• Supporting the Energy Team with business case preparation and securing approvals for energy projects.
• Aligning solar installations with broader property works and managing project enabling works.
• Monitoring, resolving, and escalating project risks and issues as appropriate.
• Ensuring all projects comply with Health & Safety legislation, CDM regulations, building regulations, and planning requirements.
• Updating asset data, operations and maintenance (O&M) manuals, and records post-installation and project completion.
• Conducting reviews of completed capital projects to confirm objectives and KPIs are met, and quality standards are maintained.
• Collaborating with Engineering colleagues on maintenance plans and design standards.
• Working with procurement to ensure optimal supply chain and value.
• Monitoring and ensuring statutory compliance across the estate.

• Experience specifying, procuring, and managing installation of solar PV or other M&E systems.
• Experience integrating renewable energy projects into existing building infrastructure and estate plans.
• Track record of managing contractors and external partners for high-quality outcomes.
