We are looking for a TPM with a broad range of skills, from talking to users and finding pain points, to building out detailed roadmaps, to working with core developers to find and communicate solutions. In this position, you will:
- Work with developers using the Polkadot tech stack to find their biggest obstacles to success;
- Work with leadership at Parity to help define the most valuable objectives for Engineering;
- Turn ideas into concrete roadmaps;
- Communicate with founders in the ecosystem to make sure they have the resources they need to succeed on the POlkadot tech stack.
About you:
- Track record of work with complex, multi-stakeholder projects;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Background in engineering, an ability to understand technical architecture and tradeoffs when making engineering decisions;
- Ability to break complex, high-level ideas into concrete steps;
- Some programming ability is a plus.
