Job summary

Anglian Water Services in the UK is seeking a Capital Planning Co-Ordinator to develop and manage an integrated master schedule for Capital Delivery within the Alliance. You will coordinate with the Central Programme Manager, Programme Lead and Planning Compliance Lead to ensure schedules are realistic and aligned with project milestones.

The role requires strong knowledge of enterprise planning tools, risk-based prioritisation, and effective stakeholder engagement across alliance partners.

Qualifications

• Experience with NEC or similar contract frameworks.
• Strong PM discipline across time, cost, quality.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and control integrated programme schedules across Alliance Capital Delivery.
• Create detailed project plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Monitor progress and identify schedule variances.
• Lead risk-based prioritisation and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Partner Managers to align scopes with milestones.
• Embed risk management into delivery decisions.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual programme updates.
• Provide governance oversight and challenge to optimise outputs.
