Anglian Water Group is seeking a Capital Planning Co-Ordinator to develop and maintain an integrated schedule of works for Capital Delivery across the Alliance. You will craft a master schedule, coordinate with Central Programme Manager, Planned Works Manager and Planning Compliance Lead, and ensure alignment with delivery milestones and regulatory requirements.

The role requires advanced scheduling skills, experience with NEC/contract frameworks, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Formación

• Experience using enterprise planning software like MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Experience with CDM and engineering processes for Capital Delivery.
• Experience with NEC or similar contract frameworks.
• High level of commercial and financial awareness.
• Experience in regulated utility/infrastructure environment.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience at PM/Senior Manager level or equivalent.
• Advanced schedule development and management.
• Strong understanding of risk, cost and value optimisation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain and control integrated programme and project schedules across the Alliance Capital Delivery portfolio.
• Create and update detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, critical paths and resource requirements.
• Monitor programme progress against approved baselines and identify schedule variances.
• Analyse schedule performance and provide early warning of potential delays, risks and opportunities.
• Lead the risk-based prioritisation of Capital work programmes, engineering resource allocation, and ensuring alignment between operational delivery teams and scheduled works.
• Collaborate with partner Parcel Managers and Engineers to ensure scopes are developed in line with the agreed delivery milestones (DM1 – 3).
• Work with Partner Operation Managers and Parcel Managers to embed risk management into project and programme delivery.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams and alliance partners without direct authority.
