Job summary

Anderselite Ltd in Stockport seeks an experienced Planning Manager to lead the planning function for a GBP150m water treatment works project. You will develop, manage, and maintain detailed programmes across the project lifecycle, coordinating with design, construction, commercial and client stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, advanced scheduling skills with Primavera P6 and MS Project, and the ability to identify risks, drive mitigation, and maintain schedules under contractual

Qualifications

Experience delivering detailed project programmes on complex civil projects.
Strong leadership and ability to mentor junior planners.
Excellent communication with design, construction, and client teams.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules.
Monitor progress, critical path, and risks.
Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and forecasts.
Lead risk and opportunity management for scheduling.
Support tender and baseline programme development.
Coach junior planners and promote best practices.
Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards in planning.
