GlobalData is seeking an energetic and ambitious leader to shape the research and client agenda for the insurance sector within Celent and lead a team of analysts delivering advisory and consultancy to executives.

This player/coach role combines contributing fresh content with overseeing research, data collection, client events, and briefings, while building trusted relationships with senior executives in the insurance ecosystem.

Qualifications

Excellent academic credentials from a top university.
MBAs or other advanced degrees in data or computer science preferred.
10+ years' experience in a top financial institution with technology strategy/delivery, or in a management consulting/research & advisory firm.

Responsibilities

Grow profitably the client base and revenue of the Global Insurance team.
Shape the technology research agenda for the Insurance sector and gather client requirements.
Lead day-to-day activity of the team, coach analysts, and manage performance against goals.
Conduct leading-edge research and contribute to client consulting and advisory outputs.
Be a brand ambassador for Celent and expand the network of industry practitioners.
