You will analyze data models, document business processes, and communicate findings to leadership while partnering with data governance teams to enhance data standards.

The role requires coordinating with data platform owners, business lines, and SMEs to shape the strategic roadmap and drive data quality improvements across services.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and 6+ years of professional business experience in data-related fields such as Enterprise Data Governance, BI, Data Quality, or Data Management.
• Knowledge of data governance principles and industry best practices.
• Understanding of core data concepts (quality, usage) and their business impact.

Aufgaben

• Document current scope, desired future state, and strategic roadmap with data platform owners and stakeholders.
• Guide data ownership teams to establish governance on each service line.
• Propose data quality rules, profile data, analyze quality results, and identify gaps vs. requirements.
• Review and classify data standards across the organization and document attributes.
• Develop business requirements and enhancements to Data Governance components.
• Drive awareness and adoption of a data sharing culture and provide education materials.
