The role requires strong BA experience in Financial Services, deep understanding of Global Markets processes, and expertise in data governance, quality, and lineage to deliver transformed data capabilities and reporting improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven Business Analysis experience within Investment Banking/Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of Global Markets front-to-back processes.
• Experience on data-focused transformation or change programmes.
• Knowledge of data governance, reference data, and enterprise data domains.
• Ability to identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Data analysis and data querying skills (SQL).

Responsabilités

• Analyze and investigate complex data requirements across Global Markets functions.
• Identify critical data elements and assess downstream impacts on business processes and reporting.
• Perform data mapping, lineage analysis, and data quality assessments.
• Support the design and implementation of data governance frameworks and operating models.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to define and deliver data-related solutions.
• Drive discussions with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making across programmes.
