Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Client Product Manager in the SFCM team to drive client-focused product strategies and post-trade expertise. You will work with engineering, sales, and production to define requirements, assess opportunities, and bring innovative products to market.

You will identify customer needs, evaluate market trends, and coordinate cross-functional launches, leveraging data and strong client-facing skills.

Qualifications

8–10 years of relevant industry experience in capital markets.
Solid knowledge of securities financing and post-trade services.
Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
Ability to translate operational needs into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

Identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive opportunities.
Define product requirements, product-line strategy, packaging, and pricing recommendations.
Evaluate new product ideas, business cases, ROI, and development plans.
Coordinate timelines and product launches with cross-functional teams.
Build integrated go-to-market plans with sales, advertising, and production.
Help solve complex product and business challenges using data, market insight, and sound judgment.
Support and guide colleagues while leading smaller projects with defined timelines and resources.
